Request for Service Tickets
The request system for Garofalo Enterprises, Inc. and Cyber View can be accessed at:
- All requests after the launch / "go-live" of a project should be submitted through the above system.
- Any request received through other means of communication (such as e-mail or telephone) will automatically receive a priority level of "low," regardless of any due-date, schedule, timeline, and/or deadline specified in the communication.

When requests have been completed and / or resolved, clients will receive a timely notification of the request status change. Starting from the time the notification is sent to the client, clients are provided a 15 calendar day warranty to verify requests have been completed and / or resolved accurately.
